With a design inspired by the seafaring history of the middle east, the development compromises a 65 storey residential tower adjacent to a 55 storey hotel and serviced apartment complex. Each tower has a gross floor area of approximately 10,000 sq. ft., including the podium floors and ornate entrance lobbies. The residences includes a mix of spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, all with balcony and terraces. With 3 to 6 units per floor, each residential unit will be able to maintain a high level of privacy. This unique development is located in The Opera District, Dubai’s new cultural district in the heart of Downtown Dubai.
